1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Blox ("company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Blox website, mobile application, or any other media form, media channel, or mobile service related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

7. User-Generated Contributions

• Do not violate the rights of any third party.
• Do not contain obscene or inappropriate material.
   

8. Contribution License

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue informally. If informal negotiations fail, the dispute will be settled in the courts of Tanzania.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Site without prior notice.

16. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the Site's content.

17. Limitations of Liability
